After You Register

  • As a registered bidder, you will receive e-mail notifications for future bid solicitation opportunities for the commodity codes selected in your registration. Each VendorLink account registration is tied to the individual email address of the user. If multiple staff will be using the bid system for a single organization, they must share a VendorLink account log-in.
  • The second step is to respond to open bid opportunities and ultimately be awarded a contract by the Cooperative Purchasing Program.
  • A list of contracts can be found on the Contract Expiration Schedule.

How do I become a vendor with the Florida Sheriffs Association’s Cooperative Purchasing Program (CPP)?

  • After identifying which item or item groups to bid on, an interested bidder can take the following steps to become a vendor on a CPP contract: attend the workshop and pre-bid meeting, register for an account with the bid system (VendorLink), submit a completed qualification packet and qualifying bid.
  • The Qualification Packet is evaluated by FSA staff, and bid submissions are evaluated by the Fleet Advisory Committee, who serve as subject matter experts. FSA awards the three lowest qualifying bids for each item.

  • Read the Bidder FAQs before you get started.
  • If your company is awarded a contract, the door is open to the vast opportunities with local governments!
