About the course: This course is designed to address the needs and concerns of the modern day law enforcement or corrections supervisor. Subjects such as: Effective Group Functioning, Multi-Cultural/Generational Group Development, Creating Shared Vision, Asking Good Questions, Understanding Strategic Planning, and more.
Ideal candidates: Any personnel who would like to become supervisors or any persons currently working as operational supervisors.
