Leadership Development for Operational Supervisors Lee County

Course Content: This course is designed to address the needs and concerns of the modern day law enforcement or corrections supervisor. Subjects such as effective group functioning, multi-cultural/generational group development, creating shared vision, asking good questions, understanding strategic planning and more.

Who should attend: Any personnel who would like to become supervisors or any persons currently working as operational supervisors.

PLEASE NOTE:  This class is limited to first 40 students.  Cutoff for registration is 7/27/12.  Sign up ASAP – do not miss this opportunity! The last time this class was offered, it reached maximum enrollment quickly.
