Course content: The course is designed to address the needs and concerns of the modern day corrections supervisor. Subjects will include effective group functioning, multi-cultural/generational group development, creating shared vision, asking good questions, understanding strategic planning and more.
Who should attend: Any person who would like to become a supervisor or any persons currently working as operational supervisors.
Class size is limited. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. First 40 enrolled are guaranteed seats. Cutoff date for enrollment is May 3, 2013. When the last class was offered, it filled up quickly.
