This three-day program is designed to provide you with the principles and techniques necessary to help you become a more successful and effective supervisor. Through lecture and practical exercises, the seminar will explore different managerial styles, ways to communicate effectively, effective methods of evaluating staff performance, conflict resolution and ways to motivate multi-generations to make corrections a career. Learn how to understand and implement a progressive employee discipline system, including the termination process and how effective documentation can limit grievance hearings.
