Content: The course is designed to address the needs and concerns of the modern day corrections command level professional. Subjects will include effective group functioning, multi-cultural/generational group development, creating shared vision, understanding strategic planning, planning succession of leadership and much more. This series of one day trainings is set in three locations around the state. A working lunch will be provided.
Who should attend: Any Command level supervisor (Lieutenant or above) currently working in the Corrections profession.
Class size is limited. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. First 40 enrolled are guaranteed seats. Cutoff date for enrollment is July 5, 2013.
