Command Decisions: Ethical Leadership in Law Enforcement

Who Should Attend: This training is designed for any individual in the criminal justice profession including Corrections, Law Enforcement and Civilian Supervisors from First Line to CEO who wants to learn and apply a Decision Making Process that is Ethical, Legal and Defensible.
Course Content: This course is an intense 20 Hour undertaking designed to help the best and brightest become ethical leaders with a decision making process that will allow them to answer the questions, “Who does this decision affect? How does this decision affect me, my subordinate, the agency, my community and my career?”  This course will illustrate and discuss the ethics and characteristics of superior leaders. These will be the building blocks for small group work that will look at real life scenarios, the decisions made and consequences of those decisions. This course is a ground breaking and honest look at real world issues and provides a method for real world evaluation of situations and the solution process for good and ethical decisions.
