Who should attend:  This continuing education course is designed for any career professional in Corrections, from first line through mid-level supervision. Its primary purpose is to stimulate you to think and act courageously about doing the "right" thing to lead for your agency and your charges during daily operations and mission critical events.   
Course content:  This cours is an intense 16-hour workshop designed to help the "best and brightest" become ethical leaders. The program is designed to address the needs and concerns of the professional corrections supervisor.  Subjects will include effective group functioning, multi-cultural/generational group development, creating vision, strategic planning and more
