Who should attend:  This continuing education program is designed for any career professional in Law Enforcement, from first line through mid-level supervision. Its primary purpose is to stimulate you to think and inspire leadership, enabling subordinates to do better tomorrow than the best they can do today.   
Course content:  This course is an intense 16-hour participatory workshop designed to increase one's desire and ability to fulfill one's needs and desires and those of otehrs. Topics include new leadership competencies; giving meaning, purpose, direction and focus to work; multi-cultural/generational group development; breakthrough improvement; and strategic planning.
