Behind the Badge: Leon County Sheriff Walt McNeil

With more than 35 years of service, Leon County Sheriff Walt McNeil discusses his career as an officer and leader in law enforcement, as well as the responsibilities a sheriff has as an elected official and the role his agency plays in keeping the citizens of the community safe. His experience at various agencies helps him lead his deputies, run the county jail, and work on the regional domestic terrorism task force.
